Andres E Ayesta Herrera, RD

Andres Ayesta is the Dietitian/Nutritionist for the University of Central Florida Wellness and Health Promotion Services. Andres is the current owner of Vive Nutrition, Inc., a private nutrition practice based out of Orlando, FL that serves sports nutrition clients from various backgrounds. Ayesta served as a sports dietitian at IMG Academy, University of Houston Athletics, and St. Johns College High School. He was also a Gatorade Sports Nutrition Immersion Program participant. His interests include safe supplementation to optimize sports performance and nutrition strategies to manipulate weight in weight-class sports.
